ON THE ROAD AGAIN!!!

Recently my Papa got a job in Galveston, so my mom and I decided that there had to be a trip made to see him and take a little getaway.  We had a BLAST...probably one of the most amazing times I have ever had with her, my Ninny, and Halley.  We dropped Gunner off on the way to spend some quality time with his Aunt Mary, and from what I heard, they had a BIG TIME!!!  Here are ALOT of pics from our travels.  What can I say?  She is so adorable pictures are just too easy!

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!!!

We headed to Lake Murvaul to spend time with family for the fourth of July. Gunner and Halley definitely loved all the attention and I PROMISE, the attention was endless.  Mommy had some time to enjoy herself as well!  Gunner saw fireworks and was clapping everytime he saw more go off!!!     Here are some pics to see all our fun!

Struggles, Fears, & Tears, BUT God is GREAT!!!

 WOW!!!  I started this blog the day after Easter and I am finally getting back to it.  Since this time, we have found a church home at Queen City First Baptist and are working hard to give our babies a home with God as our foundation.  SOOOO....here it is and I hope to post lots more soon!!!


Easter this year was AMAZING!!!  Most everyone knows that Joe and I recently moved our family to Atlanta, TX, which brought along struggles, fears and tears (mostly mine).  I was scared of the unknown and I still daily struggle with the distance from my family.  Through the struggles and fears, Joe and I both realized that something has been missing.  God has always been a large part of our life through prayer and faith, but we haven't found a church to call HOME.  We decided to commit to finding a church home that we can raise our children in.  Since we started this journey our life seems even more joyful and we are working our way to building a stronger faith with God in our marriage and with our children.

We haven't found a church home officially yet, but hopefully soon God will lead us to know what he wants for us!  With our new strengthened faith, our Easter was even more wonderful this year.  We spent the morning at the early service, then to our house to celebrate with my Mom, John, Ninny, and Papa!  Then, off to fly Gunner's kite we have been wanting to fly for a while now!  It was the most amazing Easter EVER!
